ADVANCED INDUSTRY TOPICS AND PROGRAMS

PSI works with our clients to create many other training programs and presentations focused on the financial services industry. We recently worked on:

	Branch Transformation Project - A large financial institution asked PSI to train their branch managers about financial fundamentals, branch profitability and selling more profitable services. To meet the client’s needs, we created a 2-day program that includes many interactive and effective learning techniques to improve branch profits.
	Branch Manager Orientation – PSI created a one-day program that focused on orienting newly hired branch managers to issues that impact branch profitability, including understanding branch financial statements and the affects that a branch manager’s decisions have on a branch’s profitability.
	Intern Training – One of our banking clients asked PSI to design, develop and implement two interactive programs to train 200 interns. The objectives for the courses were to focus on the fundamentals of the banking industry and how their institution is organized. PSI developed two one-day programs entitled Understanding the Industry and Understanding What We Do. Each program includes a game show portion and interactive exercises. In addition, PSI provided four instructors to deliver the training.
	Finance Analyst Training – PSI worked with a large institution to design and develop intermediate-level training for their financial analysts, to train them on financial analysis, building a solid business case and presenting it internally. The program stretches the analyst’s capabilities and is completely focused on real-life, banking case studies.
