Jill Gualtieri

Jill is a Senior Consultant with Performance Solutions International, specializing in working with clients to improve performance through business-focused solutions. With more than fifteen years of experience in the financial services and performance improvement industry, Jill serves financial institutions, professional services firms and IT organizations.

Jill has designed and delivered a host of programs using the latest practices and technologies in instructional design, including:

	Designing and developing various training programs and simulations delivered using a variety of media (paper-based, web-based, live) across topics
	Designing and writing client communication and marketing tools (both paper- and technology-based)

Jill is an accomplished project manager and is very skilled at working with clients to identify their needs and in managing multiple industry experts, writers, programmers and graphic artists to ensure PSI deliverables are on-time and at a high level of quality that clients expect.

Jill received her M.S. in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation at Syracuse University. She also has a B.A. in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Information Systems Management from Michigan State University.
