Jill Gualtieri

Jill specializes in working with clients to improve performance through business-focused solutions. Jill's experience in the performance improvement industry ensures she meets the needs of her clients using effective instructional design methodologies and approaches. She combines her knowledge of instructional design with her ability to understand what drives human performance and behavior to create effective learning programs for her clients.

Jill has designed and delivered a host of programs using the latest practices and technologies in instructional design, including:

	Designing and developing training programs and simulations delivered using a variety of media (paper-based, elearning, live, webinar) across multiple topics
	Designing industry-oriented, client-specific curriculums covering a variety of topics in the financial services and communications, media and entertainment industries
	Designing and developing elearning courses for a variety of clients across multiple content areas and using a variety of elearning and rapid development tools
	Designing and writing client communication and marketing tools (both paper and technology-based)

Jill is an accomplished instructional designer and project manager, who is very skilled at working with clients to identify their needs and in managing multiple industry experts, writers, instructional designers, programmers and graphic artists to ensure PSI deliverables are on-time and at a high level of quality that clients expect.

Prior to joining PSI, Jill was the Managing Partner of Training and Development for Kenexa Inc.

Jill received her M.S. in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University. She also has a B.A. in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Information Systems Management from Michigan State University.
