Level 100: Inside Financial Services

Inside Financial Services provides a comprehensive foundation of financial services industry knowledge in a self-directed, e-learning program (banking, insurance and capital markets tracks available; global or US learning focus available). The program will allow learners to:

	Discuss the fundamentals of the financial services industry (customers, products and services, delivery channels, risks, how institutions make money)
	Identify the key lines of business within a financial institution (i.e., retail, investment management, corporate finance, wholesale banking)
	Discuss and comprehend terminology that is commonly used by bankers and industry professionals

There is a test of completion at the end of the course, a full glossary of terms and the course qualifies for CPE credit.
