Performance Solutions International Releases Update of
“Executive Suite Banking SimulationTM ”

Randolph, NJ. – March 31, 2008–Performance Solutions International (PSI), a leading training organization providing world-class financial services industry training solutions, today announced the release of the 2008 update to the “Executive Suite Banking Simulation” course.  This course is part of PSI’s financial services industry training curriculum.

The Executive Suite Banking Simulation provides industry professionals with a unique experience to 'walk in the shoes of a bank's CXOs' by allowing them to manage a large bank over a three-year period. The Executive Suite Banking Simulation is currently used by US regulators and several leading US banks. Students participating in Executive Suite experience the challenges faced by today's senior bank executives, including:

	Setting the strategy for the bank
	Executing the strategy by targeting various lines of business, and making marketing, pricing, operations, IT, HR and asset-liability management decisions
	Evaluating the impact of executive decisions on bottom-line profitability
	Understanding the interrelationships between various business units
