About Kathleen
My 20+ year career includes various leadership roles working directly in or focused on the Financial Services Industry, including driving process improvement, managing strategic projects and technologies and supporting key client initiatives. This includes managing multi-faceted projects by developing content plans, functional specifications, technical documentation and detailed implementation roadmaps that ensure seamless solutions align to business priorities and client needs.
My Work
I work in various roles at PSI, including managing PSI eLearning curriculums, supporting and managing projects, overseeing marketing initiatives, handling client implementations and supervising our technical support initiatives. My vast experience in project management, technical writing, technical expertise, and process improvement ensures that I meet our clients’ needs and objectives.
When I’m Not Working…

My Background
Before joining PSI, I spent six years at CA Technologies managing technical information and product documentation functions. I established and maintained processes for monitoring system changes and managed documentation support and education services support functions at CA.
