George serves as one of PSI’s experts in healthcare and life sciences. George is Managing Director, InterHealth Associates and has been working with PSI to deliver a consistent source of industry training to our clients.

George has twenty years as an executive, consultant and trainer in healthcare organization, structure, finances, operations and service delivery. He has advised the boards and senior directors of Fortune 100 companies and conducted advanced training courses for sales executives in sales and marketing innovations, and how to increase profits under healthcare reform.

George is a sought after speaker and has an extensive teaching and seminar faculty record. He has consulted to and trained leading Healthcare Provider organizations, Managed Care companies, US technology and Pharma suppliers on how to position their offerings to have broad institutional impact for customers, and create sustainable competitive advantages.

George holds MBAs in Healthcare Administration and Finance and is a Diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a member of several professional healthcare societies in the US and internationally.

Tony is a Director of Cambashi, PSI’s partner for Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Utilities. Tony and Cambashi work with PSI to deliver a consistent source of industry training to our clients.

Tony has a wide-ranging experience in engineering, manufacturing, energy and IT. His early career was in technical R&D roles, after which he moved into computer-aided engineering.

His subsequent roles included divisional head of the IT subsidiary of a major international engineering and construction company and leadership of teams developing and implementing state of the art manufacturing control systems at British Aerospace.

More recently, Tony was a director of the UK Consulting and Systems Integration Division of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), leading a consulting and systems practice for manufacturing industries. Subsequently, he worked as the Services and Technology Director at AVEVA Group plc, where he was responsible for all product development and the company’s worldwide consulting and managed services business.

Tony has a BSc degree (Mechanical Engineering) and MSc degree (Engineering Acoustics, Noise and Vibration) from the University of Nottingham.

Dana is the President of Dana Dolan Marketing, a PSI partner that helps introduce solution providers to PSI’s industry-focused performance improvement services, sales enablement tools and industry training.

Dana is a marketing and business development expert who has been advising technology organizations in financial services for a decade. At BAI, a financial services trade association, Dana served as the head of marketing and advised hundreds of solutions providers – from FinTech 100 market leaders to start-ups – on strategies to reach, inform and engage U.S. bank decision makers.

Dana’s 20 years of marketing, business development and consulting experience include leadership roles in financial services at BAI, technology marketing at Participate Systems (now Kenexa, an IBM company) a social business SaaS organization, and healthcare marketing and consulting at Caremark Rx and PriceWaterhouse.

Dana has a pulse on financial services issues and opportunities and is a frequent speaker and facilitator at industry events.

Dana is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Business Marketing. Dana is also a Northwestern University, Kellogg Business School M.B.A. On the weekends Dana enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at soccer games and heading to Lake Michigan’s shores.

Kathleen works in a variety of roles at PSI, including managing PSI e-learning curriculums, supporting and managing projects, overseeing marketing initiatives, and supervising our technical support initiatives.

Kathleen’s vast experience in the areas of project management, technical writing, technical expertise as well as process improvement ensure that she meets the needs and objectives of our clients.

Kathleen brings more than 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry where she served in various leadership roles within the technology department. Prior to joining PSI, Kathleen spent six years at CA Technologies managing technical information and product documentation functions where she established and maintained processes for monitoring system changes and managed documentation support and education services support functions. Kathleen resides in NJ with her husband and three sons.

With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of global banking, Linda instructs, designs, develops and delivers training for PSI clients at various stages in their careers.

Linda was with Chase Manhattan Bank, based in London for 10 years, and subsequently with Standard Chartered Bank, a British institution with extensive operations throughout Asia. During her career with Chase in London, Linda had Senior Relationship Management responsibility for multinational corporations before joining the newly formed Global Financial Institutions Group. For the next seven years, Linda managed teams of relationship managers, customer service and administrative staff in both London and New York as Head of the Financial Institutions and Financial Markets groups.

Returning to New York as Global Head of Strategic Planning, Linda was instrumental in developing Chase’s global strategic plan. In 1991, Linda joined Standard Chartered Bank in New York as Head of the Financial Institutions business with responsibility for sales and relationship management, operations, customer service and product management. Three years later, she became a consultant to the financial services industry.

As a consultant, Linda has worked with a number of financial institutions in several capacities including Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, First Union, Deutsche Bank, KeyCorp, Prudential Insurance, and Wachovia. Some highlights include:

Writing a Global Industry Process manual and authoring product profiles for several products sold extensively to investors for one of Wall Street’s largest brokerage firms.

Teaching business simulations, case studies and training programs on a regular basis to financial institutions throughout the US, Europe and Asia.

Ms. Freshwater is a graduate of the College of Wooster and has taken business courses at Columbia University. She is a member of the Overseas Banking Association in London. A recognized industry expert, she has been a panel member and speaker at several U.S. and International Banking Conferences.

Larry serves as one of PSI’s experts in communications, media, and entertainment. Larry is a Senior Consultant for Kotler Marketing and has been working with PSI to deliver a consistent source of industry training to our clients.

Larry has extensive experience as a global senior executive. He has achieved impressive results in general management, technology development, sales and field operations for Fortune 100 high-technology companies as well as start-ups. He is a domain expert in communications, renewable energy and high-tech manufacturing.

Most recently Larry has been the CEO/Director of Solar Semiconductor, Inc which is the largest solar manufacturer in India and recently acquired SolarInfra Inc, where Larry was President/CEO, Co-Founder.

Prior to that Larry was SVP, Sales and Marketing for Agilent Technologies where he led global sales in a 45% first year growth and exceeded sales goals in subsequent years. While at Agilent Larry was also a critical member of the CEO’s team that successfully managed the Agilent spin-off from Hewlett Packard.

Before joining Agilent, Larry was Vice President, World Wide Sales for HP’s Communication Solutions Group where he drove the global sales organization to further entrench HP in major communication customers’ deployment plans. Prior to that, he was VP for HP’s Asia Communication Solutions Group. He had previously been a senior executive for Digital (DEC) specializing in communications solutions.

In addition, Larry brings years of personal sales experience and a track record with the largest multi-national communications service providers and new disruptive “over the top” business providers. It’s this sales experience that provides Larry with the insight for ensuring that his training is relevant for today’s sales or support professionals.

Larry is a frequent speaker at communications industry conferences.

Larry has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, and completed Graduate Studies in Business at Colorado State University, as well as an Executive Development Program at Babson College.

Brian is the founder of Martec, PSI’s partner for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods. Brian and his firm have been working with PSI to deliver a consistent source of industry training to our clients.

Brian has consulted to some of the world’s leading retailers and suppliers in areas such as business strategy, development of strategic partnerships, all aspects of merchandise management, supply chain, CRM, store operations and the use of IT to improve business performance. His personal clients include supermarket retailers, convenience stores, fashion and department stores, mail order and online retailers, discounters, hypermarkets and various types of specialty retail. In addition to the retail community, Brian has worked with consumer goods manufacturers, fibre and textile manufacturers, banks, credit card issuers, wholesalers, telecommunications suppliers, computer manufacturers, software houses and others who need to understand and market to the retail industry.

As a dynamic and knowledgeable speaker, Brian has been invited to lecture to retail audiences all over the world. His work has been translated into a number of different languages. He has taught merchandise management theory and practice to retailers on behalf of the National Retail Federation and presents training classes in a wide variety of countries.

Prior to forming Martec in July 1987, Brian held executive positions in the Debenhams department store group in the UK. His department store career qualified Brian as a hybrid manager, with various appointments in the MIS division ranging from Systems Manager to Divisional Director and a second career as General Manager of warehousing and distribution and lead executive in supply chain management.

Brian graduated in Mathematics, Operational Research and Statistics and moved into retailing following two years in logistics planning for a major brewer and ten years with a leading consulting company and systems integrator.

Ron Lewis joined PSI after an extensive career in financial services and information technology including significant executive positions at leading strategy, technology, product, sales and consulting organizations.

Most recently Ron was a Senior Vice President at Comerica Bank where he was responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of Comerica’s emerging technology and payments initiatives.

Before joining Comerica in 2003, Ron was with IBM as Vice President of Business Consulting Services for the Financial Services Sector. In his thirty year career at IBM he held a variety of senior leadership positions including Vice President of Global Banking Industry, Director of Financial Services Solutions for Asia Pacific and Director of Software Sales and Distribution for the Great Lakes Area.

Ron has been active in numerous Financial Services and Technology Industry Associations including the Strategic Forum of The Clearing House Payments Company and the Banking Industry Technology Secretariat (BITS) of the Financial Services Roundtable. He is a frequent speaker at business conferences and events.

Outside of work, Mr. Lewis has served in numerous volunteer capacities including Menttium, the United Way of SE Michigan and in various church and youth programs in Northville, Michigan where he lives with his family. He holds a Mathematics Degree from Ohio University.

Colin is the founder of Parhelion, PSI’s partner for Communications, Media and Entertainment. Colin and Parhelion work with PSI to deliver a consistent source of industry training to our clients

Colin has 35 years’ experience in the Communications arena having worked in senior engineering positions for two European CSPs and in senior international roles in major US and Indian corporations.  He has been an independent international consultant since 1992 providing transformation advisory services to CSP’s and vertical industry players around the connected society in over 50 countries on all continents.

With a foundation of a strong engineering background, his expertise has evolved over the years to predominantly focus on business transformation strategy, information systems re-systemization and the operationalization and monetization of advanced service offerings around new business models for the IoE/M2M.  With the advent of the move towards the Digital Connected Lifestyle, he is driving thought leadership around the operationalization of this new, extended ecosystem having created new business models and technical architectures for how the new world of the Connected Society will function.

Jim is a PSI consultant with over 35 years of experience in Retail industry.  Jim is also the co-founder of Trevarian Portal, a Software and Consulting practice focused on Retail and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.  Jim has spent the past 10 years working with the consumer goods industry and the supporting industry infrastructure on delivering “real-time” retailing solutions focused on operational execution and improved performance at store level.

During his 21 years at NCR Corporation, Jim held a number of sales, marketing and sales management positions in the US and Canada. The latter focused on building the channel organization in an effort to expand NCR’s presence in the market. Jim has extensive experience in customer loyalty and retention based applications, beginning with his work with the Andersen Consulting Smart STORE 2000, an initiative launched in 1988 focused on the evolution of the consumer experience.

Throughout his career, Jim has worked with some of North America’s leading retailers and suppliers in areas such as CRM, development of strategic partnerships, loss prevention, store level operational execution and defined business process improvements when deploying Information technology.

Jim graduated from Rutgers University.

Mary is the co-founder of Parhelion, PSI’s partner for Communications, Media and Entertainment. Mary and Parhelion work with PSI to deliver a consistent source of industry training to our clients.

Mary has more than 25 years’ international experience in the Communications, IT and managed services arena, having worked in senior management positions for three Tier 1 communications providers (Rogers Communications Canada being the most recent) and systems integration and software vendors. She has worked extensively in several industries across a number areas related to business re-design and rationalization (e.g. business-technology planning, organizational transformation, systems development and deployment, corporate technology management cutting operating costs and accelerating the pace of business change).

Over the past few years and as a founder of Parhelion-GCA, she has been driving thought leadership in the new partnering and eco-system models that are becoming critical for operationalizing the new world of IoE and the connected Society. Some of the salient elements of this are around specialization in the creation of pragmatic strategies, solutions, architectures and ecosystems that define the business evolution of an organization, its products, processes and outcomes as they evolve to embrace the Internet of Things (IoT)).
